WP11 Tasks
| T11.1 |
Design and implementation of a general grid monitoring architecture that is
compliant with the proposal of the GGF Performance Working Group. To
elaborate the necessary producer and consumer processes in order to support
those application scenarios that are not covered by previous grid projects.

| T11.2 |
Extending the grid monitoring architecture with actuators, actuator
controllers and interfaces to decision making consumers. Creating the
corresponding APIs for the GAT. Providing visualization support for the
monitoring scenarios developed in Phase 1 and 2.

Design and implementation of algorithms that allow dynamic sensor management
according to the rapidly changing Grid, application performance analysis and
automatic discovery of performance bottle-necks.

Working prototype of the grid monitoring architecture including the
necessary producer and consumer processes.

Working prototype of the grid monitoring architecture extended with
actuators, actuator controllers and decision making modules.

Working prototype of the adaptive monitoring system including on-line
performance analysis algorithms and dynamic sensor management.
