Grid Computing

No blind man felt the entire elephant. Grid computing combines the elements of client-server computing, peer-to-peer computing, and a slew of other computing paradigms. Some grid computing appears to be a simple client-server model. Some grid computing appears to be a simple peer-to-peer model. While still other grid computing appears to be neither a client-server nor a peer-to-peer model. The Grid embraces and extends these models.
